  • Yes. We bring the full simulator setup including the screen, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, and system setup. All you need is the space and access to power.

  • Setup typically takes 45–60 minutes depending on the location and setup type. Our team will handle everything to make sure the simulator is ready before your event begins.

  • Absolutely. The simulator is designed for players of all skill levels. Whether guests want to casually hit balls or play full courses, it’s easy and fun for everyone.

  • Yes. Our outdoor setup is designed specifically for outdoor events. It works great for backyard parties, corporate events, and outdoor venues.

  • If the weather is unsuitable, we can work with you to adjust the setup location or reschedule depending on availability.

  • Guests can bring their own clubs, but we can also provide clubs if needed. Just let us know when booking.

  • PopGolf rentals have a minimum booking of 4 hours to ensure enough time for setup, gameplay, and a great experience for your guests.

  • We service events across the region. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
